Type of Plastic Material
There are two types of plastic materials as we know, namely:
1. Thermosetting material, which will experience a chemical change anything when heated, and will also be changing its form. Example: epoxy, silicon, resin, ... etc.
2. Thermoplastics, materials that will soften when heated and harden when cooled, without undergoing chemical changes. Example: PS, PP, PE, PA, ABS, ... etc.
Plastic molding is the process of forming workpiece / product with the basic ingredients of compound (plastic / mix) using tools such as mold or mold, whose implementation using heat treatment and delivery pressure.
